At work today I was asked to create a spread sheet with products an

I've been asked to design a fax header sheet for a client.
I thought that they just wanted to print the header sheet off each time and
fill it in manually but they would like to edit it themselves.
The options I can see that are open to me are giving them a Publisher file
with the background containing the template and the foreground containing
the text input boxes. Doing something similar with MS Word or perhaps
creating an editable PDF (although I have know idea how to do this).

my report to display true if a name matches "bill". For exam if the field
value is "bill Jan" or "Jan Bill" it would be true, "Jan Mark" would be
