1) On formLoad, I need to show only those items which are unassigned.
2) I need for the end-under to select only the items they are assigned to.
3) I need an option to select "ALL" so I can view all items.

Use a query to put a criterion on the field that defines the assigned status.
I assume you know how that information is stored in your table; nobody here

You can't filter two ranges on the same worksheet.
You can, instead, drill-down on your pivot table, which will show all
items that go into the value on a newly created separate sheet. The
drawback to that is that you cna only drill down on one item at a
time, and it is a separate sheet.

I am confused, recently I found where you can block connections and
domains in the Exchange server Delivery Properties. I noticed that I was
getting SPAM from a domain named Singapore.net. So I went to the delivery
properties and blocked that domain in the connection filtering tab. At that
point.. I stopped recieveing ALL inbound email.
I did not realize it at first until a friend said he tried to email me and
got the error message back. I tried from hotmail, gmail, and the college I
attend email. I got the same error message back stating the same thing. The

I have a user who uses OWA to access email away from the
office. A couple of times this week, he has logged in and
checked new emails. However if he logs in again later in
the day, these messages are no longer there (he hasn't
deleted them)It's as if Outlook/OWA is removing them
after being read.

Found it! He had the view set to display "unread"
messages, so they were removed from view after opening.
Just had to change the view back to "messages" - Doh!

As I use two such data files, every time it shows the message twice and spent a lot of time in checking.

They are Delivery Service Notificatons (DSN's). Of all the DSN's the
most popular is the Non-Delivery Report (NDR).

I installed the IMF filter last night and it works great, with one
I set both thresholds to the same (5) and got almost all blocked emails into
the archive that were junk...So that is good.
However I had some users report that there was mail in their junk folder
that should have been good Inbox mail.
This I undersyand and can live with as folas-positives...the problem is,
since both settings on the folter tab were set to 5, how does it know to
send the mail to archive rather than Junk folder?
Why wouldn't it just send them all to archive if both settings were at ...How can avoid the security Macro message ...

What I want to do is filter the dataset on 'Trainer' so that it only

I am running Outlook 2003 and the Junk filter was working really well.
Then I started making other filters...one of them looks for my domain
name in the headers and if it's there it moves the email to a folder.
Problem is, this filter seems to activate before the junk filter, so
the junk sn't being filtered now! How can I set the junk filter to do
it's job first and THEN to run my own rules?

running on home computer, no exhange or server. when I
open an inbox message and close it, the message
disappears, it isnt in other folders or in delteld files
folder. If I move the message to another folder before
opening it, then open the message in that folder, I am
fine I can open and close it without losing it.

I have no idea how this happened, I have multiple new computers running
outlook 2003, one of them does not display the field at the top of the
screen showing if they have replied or forwarded a message like normal,
