Drive Configuration for Exchange 2003

I currently have exchange 2003 installed on a windows 2003 server. Exchange
is installed on the c: drive which is a 40gb drive. We are in the earlt
implementation stages of exchange, there are no mailboxes set up, no public
folders, its is basically just a clean install of exchange at the moment.

We also have a d: drive which is 200gb, i want to put all the mailboxes and
all the public stores on the d: drive as a fear that the 40gb drive will fill
up quite quickly once we start using exchange fully.

How can i change the mailbox and public store, and anything else that will
take up alot of space, onto the d: dirve of the server?

thanks!

- If the drive is a single, non-redundant volume I would recommend you
atleast implement raid1.
- Additionally, if disaster recovery is at all a concern, it's not advisable
to locate transaction logs and Exchange databases on the same physical
volume - it'd be ideal to get another raid1 volume for that.

Additionally, you can also move location of smtp and http logs to another
location if you want. This is done from properties of SMTP virtual server
(for smtp logs) and from IIS Manager for http logs.

The raid5 volume is still a single volume - separating it into different
logical volumes/drives doesn't really buy you much in terms of performance
or redundancy.

Windows Mobile and Exchange stress
I was just wondering if anyone has any information on the amount of stress having Windows Mobile users puts on an Exchange server in comparison to Blackberry. We are currently using BES 4.0, but we will be moving to Windows Mobile soon. I know in the past we have heard that for every Blackberry user, it is the equivalent of having 3-4 more Exchange users. Anyone know about how they compare? Thanks I dont know any specfics but I cannot imagine its any more resource intensive that someone making a connection using OWA, Outlook, etc. In other words, its less stress than BES users with ...

Make Email Queue Easier to Configure For Group Email Address
Currently when you create an email queue you tie it to an email address. Many companies want their emails to go out using a group email address, like "Sales@company.com", not email addresses of all the employees. But the only way that's going to happen is if all OUTGOING mail also has that address.
