How do I get OL 2003 to back up everythihg in it automaticallyI am trying to find out if there is a possibility in Outlook 2003 to save and
back up all my Outlook 2003 Info , including contacts, e-mails (received and
send) automatically rather than having to do it manually everytime I exit the
program?
you can use a script and make a copy before you open outlook or use a backup
tool to make a copy of the pst and your other files as needed.

Create a distribution list from addresses in the 'To' listHi all,
I belong to a social group, and our co-ordinator sends out an email from
time to time with all the latest addresses in the To list.
I already have a distribution list for the group, which then needs to be
checked through and updated. Is there a simple way of transferring those
addresses into my own distribution list? I'm using Outlook 2002.
Everybody's fiddling around with bits of paper - I'll be a hero if I can
make it easy for them!
Thanks.

Exchange for remote users/officesUp to this point i've used SBS 2003 with POP3 (using Popbeamer)...the
reason i chose this from the get go was because we have about 15 users
here on site and about another 20 that are scattered across the globe.
I didn't want to be in charge of mail for those that weren't here
remotely, so figured just using the POP3 route was the way to go.
Well, i'm preparing to move to SBS 2008 and REALLY want to set it up
as a true Exchange server hosing the mail. But, again, am not sure i
want to deal with the other 20 users if i don't have to. So, is there

how do I automatically update a text box in a chart?
Hi,
You can link the textbox to a cell. When you update the cell the textbox
should reflect this.
Select the textbox border and then in the formula bar enter the complete
cell reference, for example,
=Sheet1!A1

Lookup based on criteria in 2 columnsHi,
I am trying to use a vlookup or other function to return the value in the
amount column based on the location and date. Here is a sample of my data:
Location Date Amount
101 9/15/8 10
101 9/16/8 20
101 9/17/8 15
102 9/15/8 50
102 9/16/8 75
102 9/17/8 67
For example if I wanted to return the amount for location 102 on 9/15/8,
what formula would I use? I tried using variations of vlookups but had no
luck.
Thanks,
=SUMPRODUCT(--(A2:A50=102),--(B2:B50=DATE(2008,9,15)),C2:C50)

New Disk storageHi,
I'm planning on adding a new SAN to our Exchange system (Active/Passive 2
node cluster) and this has been connected to the Exchange cluster nodes and
is accessible as shared disk storage.
But that isn't the question I've got, basically the mail stores are
currently located on a Powervault (Drive S:) and I need to present a plan for
moving this data (14 databases) onto the SAN storage, I can see two options
Option1) Use the ESM to migrate databases to new drive letter
1. Use exmerge to export all email to PST files (and ensure backup)
2. use the ESM utility to change the...

password for the user and check the Change Password Next Login box. Provide
the user with the temporary password and the system will do the rest.

How can I change 'Normal' Style for Word e-mails to 'Normal (Web)'?Hi, I'm using Word as my e-mail editor in Outlook 2003 and want to change
the default Style for e-mails from 'Normal' to 'Normal (Web)'.
The problem is that new e-mails and replies in HTML format use the 'Normal'
Microsoft Word 'Style', and this has no gap after paragraphs. The upshot of
this is that when sending an e-mail, I have to press return twice to create
a gap, but when the recipient views this, their software shows it as four
gaps (the extra carriage return I typed + their correctly viewed HTML
carriage return after each line).
E.g. I type this:

You cannot add custom lookup's to the current release of MSCRM. The only way

Mails not appearing in Inbox although on Server and viewable by colleagueHi all,

Here's my problem:
I know that I recieve several mails at a specific time each day. Those

My admins looked on the Exchange Server and all say, that they can
definetely see these emails in the server logs and that the server
delivered them to the right mailbox.
