Autoreply on incoming messages

I've tried to set a rule that replies automatically when incoming e-mails
arrive. I want the rule to be server based, however it doesnt work for me.
Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this?

Please explain the rule you've created

Please be aware you can't have server side 'auto reply' rules, these will be
client based and will require Outlook to be open to work.

Im using the rules wizard:

Apply this rule after the message arrives
sent to MAILBOX
have server reply using SUBJECT OF MAIL

Where MAILBOX is the actual mailbox ans SUBJECT OF MAIL is the subject of
the e-mail i composed that it should respond with.

The problem is that no e-mail is being sent to incoming e-mails.

HTML mail: how can I print messages and all attachments in one go please?
