Autoreply on incoming messages
I've tried to set a rule that replies automatically when incoming e-mails arrive. I want the rule to be server based, however it doesnt work for me. Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this?

adavidPlease explain the rule you've created Please be aware you can't have server side 'auto reply' rules, these will be client based and will require Outlook to be open to work. Oliver

The problem is that no e-mail is being sent to incoming e-mails.

Just recently, one of the users in my office has been experiencing the following: They can send messages, but after they are sent, they stay in the outbox & won't move to sent items. I have Outlook set to ask for a confirmation when the receiver reads my message. It always does when I send a message to individuals. I recently did some "clean up" things using Glary Utilities, like registry cleaner, duplicate file remover, registry defrag, C drive defrag. I have 4 email addresses coming into Outlook. 3 are POP, one is exchange. My other Office programs are working fine. It is strange that there isn't an error message. We have a client with 4 Citrix servers and Microsoft Exchange 2000 with Outlook 2000 running in the thin client sessions. One of the users at this company received a joke message with no attachments and forwarded it on to some of her colleagues and friends at other companies. Now, the same message is being sent every day or every other day to everyone on the list. To make matters worse, she sent an email out to all of them saying she was sorry for all the trouble with it and now that message is being sent to them every day. I can't find anything in the Outbox. Low memory error message in Publisher
I get a "low memory" error message when I try to use the mail merge in Publisher. I don't use Norton Antivirus so I don't believe this is the problem. I am only getting messages on one of my two accounts
I have just loaded Office Standard 2007. all seems OK apart from Outlook. I have 2 Accounts but I do not receive messages on one of them. I notice that the installation did not remove OE 6 and luckily I still get the messages there. I tried removing the problem account from OE6 but nothing happened. I have a constant "sending message 1 of 1" message in Outlook whenever I open it. I had nothing in the outbox when it started. Cancel send/receive doesn't help. How can I get rid of it? Incoming emails are not auto-regarding
A contact is setup in our CRM Contacts with a specific email address. When we receive an email from this contact, CRM does not put the REGARDING on the email. When I "View in CRM", I see a message that CRM does not recognize the sender. Why is that? The address is on the contact record? It can't possibly need us to establish a 'link' between all of my contacts (~20,000) and the email address the first time each of them send us an email.... Thanks to all who reply. Hope someone can help with this. I have a query that runs using an AutoExec macro when the database opens. What I want is for a message box to open instead of the query results window, telling me if the query produced any records. I can do this easily enough through a command button on a form, but cant figure out how to do it through an autoexec macro at startup. Any suggestions? I was typing an e-mail when I noticed that the messages in my inbox have been (suddenly) "clubbed" (or compressed together). In other words, the original message and any replies or related messages now are lumped together with a "+" sign next to the original message, which, when clicked on, opens the list of related messages. Hello, We have a few secretaries who printout most messages for their bosses. That's just the way they work, they see things better on paper. Anyway, when they receive messages in HTML format, they can't just press Print to have the message text and any attachments printed; instead they have to select each attachment and print it separately. That's driving them mad, especially as we've just migrated from a third-party mail system which did exactly that. using the ESEUTIL utility, we recently had to rebuild our message store because of a corrupted restore attempt. everything restored nicely...execpt now we have some users that have what seems to be blank messages. when outlook is opened, and messages are listed in the inbox or deleted items folder, these messages are blank except for the word "none" in the date field. they can not be accessed nor deleted. any ideas on how to resolve this issue?? thanks! HTML mail: how can I print messages and all attachments in one go please?
Hello, We have a few secretaries who printout most messages for their bosses. That's just the way they work, they see things better on paper. Anyway, when they receive messages in HTML format, they can't just press Print to have the message text and any attachments printed; instead they have to select each attachment and print it separately. That's driving them mad, especially as we've just migrated from a third-party mail system which did exactly that. Is there any way to make Outlook 2002/2003 printout the message and all attachments in one go please? Tellin...

I get a message that says"Cannot Start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook Window. The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available. I just got a new laptop and when I try to delete my email messages, they show a line thru the middle, but they won't go away.
