Auto Archive in Mailbox Size Warnings

My question is easy enough - can the AutoArchive option be removed
from the Exchange default warning that gets sent when a user approaches
their mailbox size limit? We would like to have that removed if it's
possible.

            Thanks for any Reply -

That's something to as the Outlook folks. Exchange doesn't care how
you manage your mailbox.

Archiving broke
Outlook is not archiving most of my deleted and sent items. Yes, I've read about making sure the modification date is within range as well as making sure these folders are set to archive. THE SETTINGS ARE CORRECT. I heard somewhere that if the msgs modification date is "none", then Outlook interprets this a 1/1/4501 (and empty date) and therefore things don't get archived (my deleted and sent items). Anyone heard if this is true...and if so, is there a workaround?????? Amil Why are you keeping deleted items? If you need to keep them they should be in a specific Folder...

Auto update of Pivot table
C. Pearson's website includes VBA code for automatically updating a Pivot table upon opening the worksheet. Does the code need to be inserted in "This Workbook" or set up as a Module? Hi, I believe it needs to be in a module and the calling macro named "Auto_open"; (you can use "Auto_Close" also to clean up if needed.) jeff >-----Original Message----- >C. Custom Archive code -- modify my code!
Hi - For whatever reason, my company doesn't want us to save our emails and has made backing them up as manual as possible. With ALOT of help from Jimmy Pena at www.codeforexcelandoutlook.com (an excellent site!), I've made a good start at creating a procedure to do this but have hit a wall and need some help. The current version of the code is below ... please note that I'm very new at Outlook VB so the changes I made to Jimmy's original code are probably pretty ugly. All input is welcome ... I'm using OL-07 and Windows XP ... currently, the code does this:...

Publisher 2003 special size documents not printing properly in 200
We just upgraded to Publisher 2007. Our documents appear the same on the screen when opened but when in print preview they default to different size paper. We are using special size documents (4.26 X 5.75) when we notice this happening. They all default to 8 1/2 X 11. Is there anything we need to do to convert to 2007? Thank You for any help. A bit of a guess here: Open the file, select File, Print setup and input the paper size of choice. Be sure to do a Save to retain the settings. -- Don - Publisher 2000 Vancouver, USA "Ginger" <Ginger@discussions.microsoft.com...

Can't Lock in To Font Size And Type in OE 6
I hope that I am in the right pew. I've posted on several help boards but can't get any help with my problem I have WINME and OE 6-- When I compose a message and I want to change the FONT size which is set on 12 to a larger size I change the size OK. Just as soon as I hit the first key the size jumps back to 12. The same problem with FONT style. It won't stay fixed to any style but ARIEL. I've downloaded IE and OE but that didn't help. Can I get a CD to install which may help--or can some one suggest corrective action on this board? Thanks Herman Hi - act...

Exchange/Outlook archiving problem with space restrictions
I've recently read the following kb article that states archiving is broken when you've reached your space limit on an Exchange server. We are running Exchange Server 2003 SP2 and using Outlook 2003 clients. Does MS have any plans on fixing this issue? Edit mailbox size limit message #2
