Hey,

After we migrated users from one domain to another we have no free/busy 
information for any old calendar events. The new domain was not a child 
domain of the old one or vice versa. Both exchange servers are 2003. Would 
this fall under the same resolution when this issue happens after migrating 
from 5.5 to 2000? Thanks for any help.

Domains aren't relevant here. F/B info is published by the Outlook
clients into the free/busy system folder. If you moved the mailboxes
from one administrative group to another the F/B public folder in the
new AG will contain only what the clients publish.

How to see new messages in taskbar again
Somehow I have turned off the feature of Outlook that shows a little envelope in the taskbar when you have new messages in Outlook. Not sure how I turned it off. I have two EX secretaries that when some people create a calendar apptn for various users they get "postmaster" email notifying them of undeliverable to people who are no longer here and had their exchange mailbox remove as well as their domain login . When I first launch Outlook 2003, it retrieves my E-Mail but does not play the New Mail Notification sound. After it's launched, it will play the New Mail Notification sound as new mail comes in.
