Entourage client cannot access comcast mail on the roadVersion: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: pop
I've tried all the on-line configuration tips I can easily access, and called comcast support to no avail. I called Entourage support but I don't have my product key since I'm using the trial version while I wait for a new CD (the one they shipped to me was defective). Does anyone know if this is a problem with the trial version only? I'll call MS support again when I get home. I've been using Entourage as my client from home with no problems. On the road, I can't ...

Converting Access 2000 to 2003I am very inexperienced with Access. I was looking for
some instructions or tips on converting from Access 2000
to 2003 and can't find any. Is there anything I need to
know before I dive into this? Is there some info on this
on some Microsoft site?
thanks
Hi Erin,
2000 to 2003 should be a simple process. There's a conversion "white
paper" at http://support.microsoft.com/?id=319400 that gives details.

The answer to your very terse question is to just use a
label control with the bullet character as its Caption, but
you probably want something more elaborate. If you will
provide more details about the data for the report and how
the data should appear in the report, then we'll try to come
up with something.
What do you mean by "an outline numbering system"?

Migrate exchange 2k to new exchange 2k3 serverI have a 2000 server with exchange 2000 on it and the hardware is out of date
so It's time to move to a new server. I have windows 2k3 and exchange 2k3
ready to go, but the current domain is 2000 and changing the domain to 2k3 is
a bit fuzzy for me. Basically, i'm looking for articles or help on how to
change my domain to 2k3 and get all the info from the exchange 2000 server to
the new exchange 2k3 server without having to go to every workstation and
change the outlook server settings.

Automation and communication between Access and ExcelI'm starting a new database for the geological department in our museum. It'
s still in the pencil and paper, discussion and design stage. It will track
both publications and actual specimens, so the main structure will be a
many-to-many relationship. (One publication may talk about several rocks,
one rock may be mentioned in several publications.)
The linking table in the middle of the one-to-many-to-one will also have an
offshoot, a set of Excel workbooks. One of the properties of the members of
BOTH main relations is a set of analyses. Either, both or neither

Outlook uses PST files - OE doesn't.
The only HTTP-accessible account you can access in Outlook is Hotmail.
That is what I was expecting you so say. I was holding
out some hope. Thanks for the response.

Method=post in OWAWe are running a Windows 2003 domain and Exchange 2003. Some of our
users create an HTML based email that has form fields and a "SUBMIT" button
the "method=post" works just fine in Outlook 2003.
The problem is when a user uses OWA. The "SUBMIT" button doesn't work.
When I view the source code in OWA it seems that OWA removes the word "post"
leaving just "method=". Anyone know why OWA strips out the word "post"?
Thanks for any and all help.

In the world of Access this manifests as broken links to external data

OWA a bridgehead server as well??Hi there,
I have an OWA server running Exchange 2003 with SP1, running in my DMZ. I
would like to make this server my relay server for internet inbound and
outbound internet email. Are there any technical reasons why I can't move the
bridgehead server role from my mailbox server to this OWA server to achieve
the above?? Or is there any other way I can configure inbound/outbound
internet email mail to be relayed by the OWA server without making it a
bridgehead server?
Any help appreciated.
