Excel 07I have a stacked chart with one series showing positive values, and two other
series showing negative values. When I add data labels, they only appear on
the positive value series. Even when I click on the negative series, I get
the menu to format the data labels, but in no way, shape, or form are they
actually visible on my chart.
Any thoughts?

I'm posting out as I've been having some issues with 3 nearly identical
clients ever since putting in SBS2008. They have proven very difficult
to trace and resolve.
Client 1 - SBS2008 new install, new domain etc on HPML110, 5 users
Client 2 - SBS2008 migrated from SBS2003 via MS Migration on HPML150,
15 users with all new HP/WinXP workstations
Client 3 - SBS2008 migrated from SBS2003 via Swing It! migration, on HP
ML350G6, also about 15 users.
All 3 have Sonicwall TZ series firewalls, HP gigabit switches, and use
Windows XP and Office 2003. All use Exchange ...

I am trying to run SQL queries directly from a worksheet in Excel. I have
found an add-in for Excel 2002 that is no longer supported in 2003 or 2007
which is just what I want (xlodbc.xla).
1. Why was this discontinued?
2. Is there a built-in way to do this in newer versions [running queries
from a cell, NOT going to Data > Import > etc...]?

language issues outlook calendarHello,
I've run today into two quite interesting issues. Users of OL2K3 are having
the wrong language version in their calendar folder.
For one user an upgrade from French to Spanish has taken place and now she
has a French PLUS a Spanish calendar.
Also I have a user who has simply Dutch instead of French.
Do you have any idea where I can change the language settings in Outlook
clients?

Excel 2003 question about help menuI use Excel 2003 OFF-LINE. I find myself extremely limited and
frustrated with the "menu approach" that it uses as well as the set
number of items it will display as the result of a keyword search.
The main problem for me ATM is that I know that the functions are
categorized into say eight categories, e.g., text, but I don't always
remember all of them. In the past, a search in Help would return a
list of those categories from which I could quickly and easily navigate
around to doublecheck my understanding. Search results in Excel 2003
are erratic, and trying to find the list...

When using Excel 2003, I was able to copy charts, and then paste them into CorelDraw as metafiles, ungroup these, and use the lines from the charts in my graphics. Since upgrading to Excel 2007, I am still able to do this, but the lines now appear to have a more complex format (the compund type is mentioned in the line properties dialog), made up of border and line types. On exporting to CoreDraw, these lines appear much less uniform than previously, changing thickness along the length of the line. in Excel 2003. Works great on my computer but a co-worker, who also has
Excel 2003, can't get this to work. On her PC it show the 3 of 9 font in
the drop down box but in the cell it is not converting it to a bar code

Most likely the font is not installed properly...
She needs to reinstall the font. It can be done through Control Panel ->

Saving Issue in 2007Hello,
I created a PowerPoint 2007 presentation yesterday .pptx and saved it to my
network drive. I'm the only person who worked on it. Today I opened the
file and made revisions to it. When it's time to save the file, I went to
Office Button > SAVE. I got an error saying the file is in READ-ONLY and
cannot be saved. I have to rename the file. Does anyone know why this is
happening? No one has the file open besides myself.

OWA Issue #10Hi,
I have a single user who is having issues with OWA not loading his
mailbox. What happens is that his account appears to be accepted and OWA
tries to load the mail screen but fails. I can reproduce this on several
machines so I don't think it's related to his PC. The only odd thing I see
with his account is that he has a ton of folders in his mailbox (not under
his inbox but at the same level as the inbox). Is there any limitation to
the number of folders a user can have? Any other ideas?

View Access 2007 using 2003 versionI know MS has a fix to open Excel, Word, and PP using Office 2003 that was
created using the MS Office 2007 product. But do they have something to do
the same for Access? I'm betting that a Access 2007 can be saved down to 2003
but I'd rather not do that.

Receiving email in outlook 2007Trying to send/receive, send works fine but can not receive any emails.
Receiving error 0x800ccc0f the connection to the server was interrepted. the
server responded - ERR concurrent connections limit in avast exceeded
(pass:20,processes:Rps.exe[20]), there is a collision with another program.
I checked all settings and they seem fine. Anyone else getting this message

2003 to 2007 graph editinghello all: I am attempting migrate files from custom template in 2003 to
similar template in 2007. I am running pp2007 with sp2. I have created
a new potx and thmx file as well as several chart crtx files. When I
