FileNotFound returned by Bitmap::Save() when saving to stream
I have a little chunk of code which is supposed to take a bitmap image and
save its PNG encoding into a block of memory. The problem is, I keep getting
a FileNotFound error back from Save(). If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to

Clear your internet explorer temp file cache.....go to control panel,
