Database for Purchased goods
Hi I would like to setup a database for our company that would hold all of our purchased in parts. I want to have 3 main headings. "Raw Material Numbers" - "Description" - "Category" I want to be able to search by either Raw Material Number or Category. Lets say I have a RAw material number I want to search. I will input that number under "Raw Material Numbers" and excel will search the database and find the number and return the Description and Category. Exchange database corrupted we want to play on the log files
Hello, Our exchange 2000 server corrutped recently, we managed to recovered some data by using eseutil. Since the IS backup was half month ago, we tried to restore it from the system full backup. we use ntbackup to backup the full system. the problem we found was that the backup file (.bkf) also corrupt, now if we can restore some log files from the backup, can we play on the log to get some emails back? Hello I'm working with Excel 2007, german version. Excel 2002 Changes Screen Resolution
When Excel 2002 launches, it changes the screen resolution to 640x480. How do I get it to stop this? That's new one! Just to be sure that it is Excel, and not something that is loading with Excel, from Start->Run enter "Excel /s" (no quotes) and press Enter. This is "safe mode" where nothing extra runs. when creating a form within excel 2002 can you set a tab index to move to the relevant fields. Just worksheet cell selections? There are several ways to set the TAB order on worksheet cells. Importing Payees from Excel into Money
Can I import payees from any other file format such as Excel into Money? Create a bunch of $0 transactions one per payee, write them out to QIF format transaction data, QIF import them to Money with the options settings set to force new payees onto the explicit list, and then delete the transactions. referencing images in Excel 2007
I have a todo list for genealogy searches. One of the columns is for results. Some of the results are images or documents. What is the best way to do this in the Excel "results" column? If I paste the image, it is not linked to a specific cell and is anyway too large and therefore messes up the Excel spreadsheet row alignements. Suggestions? Thanks. Excel Values problems
I'm opening an exported Crystal Reports excel file in Excel. The file opens properly with no problems other than cell values are not being treated as cell values. Selecting several cells with numbers in them gives no result in the status bar area. If I press F2 (to edit a formlua) and then enter the value is treated as a number. excel 2007, how to select a data point and cycle through data points
I've searched the archives but can find nothing on this topic. Prior to excel 2007, I could select a data series (xy scatter chart) and press the right arrow key to cycle through the data points, and a data point highlighter would move from point to point so I would know which point was currently selected. Through many versions of excel I have found this feature very useful. Excel 2007 seems to be missing the little data point highlighter.
