Hi guys, <br><br>I am looking at sending out a christmas card jpeg to about 300 people. What is the best way to do this to ensure everyone receives and can view it. <br><br>As far as I can see attaching it is the best way but imbedding it makes it look full size and better. <br><br>Opinions please. <br><br>Thanks <br>

Styles change by themselves in publisherWhen I delete unwanted Styles from Publisher 2003, they reappear next time I
open the document. Styles I create change themselves - different fonts, sizes
and paragraph spacings. This is driving me nuts and wasting hours of time. I

When you change a text style in one publication, Publisher doesn't update the
style in other publications. But you can open another publication and import the
updated style into the first publication.

after installing publisher 2002 can't uninstall home publisher and picture itHello everyone,
I installed publisher 2002 and picture it 2002. I
thought these would override the Home Publisher and
Picture it 2001. But it didn't. Now, I have all these
programs and when i try to remove the older versions I
get these error messages:
setup is unable to find the works service pkg... fatal
error during installation
I'm afraid to load the works and any other necessary
programs without some technical advice. I don't want to
make my situation worse.
How do I remove these old files now?

Getting rid of header after first pageHi!
I´m working on a document with about ten (10) pages.
On the first page I have a header with date, name address, phone, email
address and so on. I don´t want to have that header in the following pages so
I searched for help on how to get rid of those headers.
I got the information that first I have to insert a Section Break so I did
that after the first page (I´m able to see the "marks" of the Section Break).
Beeing on page 2 I then selected "Header", marked all the text and pressed
"Delete". The header on page 2 was gone but...
How can I print a page of blank squares? This started out (I thought) simple. My 6 year old grandaughter asked me to
print out a page of 100 squares so she could write 1-100 in them for
practice.
I haven't been able to figure it out. I asked elsewhere and someone told
me Excel, and to check "show grids" from Print Preview. But it won't show
Print Prievew without something in the cells, then only shows (and prints)
that cell.
I started out thinking maybe Word and frames of some kind, but don't
know enough about it, and don't know if frames goes to that many.

You can't... You can tear it off and re-size it to very small and drag it to a
less intrusive part of your screen. Publisher will remember this next time you
open Publisher.
Just remember any task you need to do such as merge, you will have to drag the
task pane back, it will expand on its own.

Considering I've never seen a dialog box that says "Publisher can't open
this document", I suspect it says a bit more.
What version of Publisher are you using? I also kind of doubt that you've

Are you able to convert a MS Publisher prepared doc into MS Word?I need to create a 'flyer' and attach this document to one of our internal

charts. Its a testing dashboard, which has got several defect metrics
based on same data source. I am publishing these pivot charts to
Sharepoint using excel web service.

Printing Excel workbook 03-15-10A regularly used workbook will no longer print all the pages I select as one
document. It breaks it up into two or three segments and I need it all
together. Currently my workaround is printing and scanning to save as a PDF.
How are you "selecting pages"?
Or do you mean "selected worksheets"?
Does each worksheet have a print range?

One row per individual. The 2nd is a "request for manual check" form.
Instead of retyping all that data is it possible to copy one line of data
into the second workbook to complete the check request form? There are only
3-4 fields that need to be completed on the form. I have about 100 employees
on the list and one form. Each employee needs his own request form.

Excel (2003) crashes when referencing to external workbook in freeze frameThis is a problem in Excel 2003. Not sure it exists in later version.
Scenerio:
In sheet1 of book1, the frame was frozen (freeze frame) to see the top
rows.
In sheet1 of book2, there is no freeze frame.
Write any formula in sheet1, book1 that references sheet1 of book2
will cause Excel to crash.
Work around:
Un-freeze frame in sheet1 of book1 before writing the referencing
formula.
Or, freeze a frame in sheet1 of book2 before writing the formula in
book1.

All Microsoft products have a catalog where you can view the clipart in index form. I
assume you are using some version of Publisher, what happens when you click insert on
the toolbar, clipart? You may not have installed the Gallery/Organizer.

Not sure what you need here.
If you want text to stop at a certain point in a cell then drop down to next
cell below, just hit ENTER key whenever you choose.
If you want the text on more than one line in a cell, you can hit ALT + ENTER
to create a CR in the cell.
Or just type it all in one cell then choose Wrap Text and widen the column.

Why can't I see pictures when inserted in documents in Publisher?When I try to insert a picture into a Publisher document, or receive
publisher docs with pictures in them, I don't see the pictures on the screen.
They are there as the boundary box for the picture is visible, and I can
actually save the picture as a file and view the jpeg. I have checked the

I have created a page in access using 2 tables. I could able to view the
data on th epage but somehow not able to edit/add records. I checked the
property sheet and it show AddAllows/EditAllows property set as True. So
where's the fault? I am new to access environment and want help as soon as

Can anyone get the front and rear pages of a booklet to display?I can merrily paste a pic onto facing INTERNAL pages of a booklet. But I
can't display "facing pages" for the covers (I can print preview)... I can't
get a picture to go onto the front and rear covers, the picture gets cropped
to the spine.
I want one picture that wraps around the covers of the booklet (4" x 8 1/2")
to fit into a #10 envelope.
This is kind of tricky. The best way to achieve this would be doing the

Problem with hyperlink within in a Publisher doc converted to PDF.I am creating a two-page, email-able flyer to attach to a chain email to
specified prospects. Naturally, the flyer has my personal return email
address in the contact section on the second page. I used the hyperlink
feature in Publisher to allow recepients to simply click my email address to
initiate a direct inquiry.
However, I have discovered that whenever I send a trail email with the
intention of double-checking my hyperlinks, once the Oultlook Send Page
opens, the 'Send To' address line has my email address - as it should - but
preceded with the prefix 'mailto:'....
