I have a log that assigns consecutive numbers preceded by a 2 digit year.
(ex 10-001) On Jan. 1 the number was supossed to change and reset from
09-690 (last number of the year) to 10-001. This did not happen. The year

Having difficulty creating a custom border around a text box in Publisher
After seleccting the graphic to use, we get the message that Publisher
cannot open the file.
It is not a question of file complexity or on a network as we see the same
message no matter where the source.
The account in question is a limited account, which we are assured, has
managed to create custom borders in the past.
I tried making a border in the admin account and it works OK which would
suggest it is a question of permissions, but why should be so and why did it
work once but no longer?

I have a large (master) spreadsheet I made showing NBA players and using
standard deviation I have been able to give the players rankings in different
categories. I also have separate spreadsheets for each team listing their
players, and each players ranking in each category. That sheet sums up each
teams category and sends those numbers to another sheet that compares each

We are using MSN http.
All email sent from either inbox ends up in a single (default) sent items
folder under my account.
Is there any way to have my wife's sent email go to her sent items folder
and my sent email go to my sent items folder?

Worksheet 401s are taking a long time to process, and by "a long time" I
mean 5+ minutes instead of the usual 40 seconds. Whenever a client is
connected to HQ, the machine that hosts HQ Server sees CPU usage at 70% or
higher for the duration of the connection.

sort them I get two separate lists starting over again.
I've check for leading spaces, format differences etc. but
