I work helpdesk and recently someone pointed out that F1 is now opening
Office Online instead of the Help task pane. I can't find where that setting
resides to change it. In Tools-Customize-Keyboard, F1 is assigned to the
Help command. Any ideas? I can't find any reference to this change anywhere
online. We are running Office 2003 SP3 on Windows XP Professional. This
only happens in Word, all the other Office apps open Help correctly. Thanks!

You may have too many cell formats/styles. To see if that's possibly true,
click on the Cell Styles "More" arrow and see if you have a gazillion styles
showing. If that's true, you can remove unused styles by saving the workbook
as a web page, closing, reopening, save as a normal workbook.

Hello, I have a weird problem. one of the users has lost all the proper
icons for jpegs and power point files .ppt. I turned off the lock down
on the users however still i could not go into file types, remove the
jpeg and ppt extension and re-add them. I could just be having a brain
fart too. lol
also we have the server install programs on the users computers and that
works great. however sometimes it doesn't install them in order causing
me to go around and remove and restart and see if it works. Is there a
certain way to setup the server to install them in order?

I have a spec sheet from a manufacturer that has shipping
weight,volume, pallet count, and price listed per item. I use that
sheet to enter purchase quantities per item and let it calculate the
total weight, cubic ft, pallet count. and the purchase price.
My question is can i make a macro that will hide all of the rows that
don't contain a value in column A1 (order quantiti) so when i print the
sheet, it will only include items that are desired for that particular

I have an SBS 2003 server which was working ok since a long time and sudenly
after a reboot , my client computer cannot detect my server DHCP.
I have noticed that mu FAI router as been updated and that DHCP has been set
to default value, so I wen to my router setting and desable DHCP mode.

is not anymore visible from network and client are not able to receive IP

from GP. In Dyanmics GP 10 Retrieve Globals is gone and they have replaced it
with "UserInfo". The problem is that this is contained within GP and can't
called externally. Does anyone know of a way around this?

I'd like to transfer files from several drives on my pc to one cetnral
My routine now is the following
1) Copy the files from drives: A, B, and C; and then
2) Paste the filesto the D drive
3) Delete the files permanently from drives A, B, and C.
As you see this is a tedious routine, which I'd liket o avoid by using
VBA. Can someone start me off with some code on how to accomplish

I am using Escel 2000 and when I start Excel it automatically opens 7 files,
some of which I haven't used for months. It happens when I use the desktop
icon, the task bar, and double click Excel.exe in explorer. I changed
nothing in the properties and do not see anything that would cause this. I
tried the detect & repair to no avail. Another suggestion was to hold down
the shift key during Excel startup - no change. Creating a new shortcut
didn't work either. Any other suggestions?

Am trying to catalog merge a query created in access to create a church
directory. The snag I'm hitting has to do with keeping the records for a
particular family from being printed in the next listing(there's 2 families
per page). I had to use subforms in access in order to input the variable
number of children names and birthdays. In doing so, the member's name and
record number had to remain the same while the children's names and record
numbers kept incrementing. Kinda scratching my head on this one. Any help

I went through the newsgroup looking for an answer to my question. We find
it very strange, if not amazing, that whenever you want to use the Service
module of MSCRM for internal helpdesk purposes it does not work. The queue
which will have to set up will only be fed with emails from outside, the
router does not pick up internal email. In other words, colleagues(non crm
users) can not send email to a queue. In my assumption that would imply that
you can only use CRM for support issues with external contacts.
