Multiple Personal Folders #6
Somehow, I now have 3 sets of Personal Folders in my 'All
Mail Folders' view. If I go into my Outlook Data Files it
only shows 1. My main folder (the one with the little
house and clock icon)is fine. The other two seem to be
copies of my main one - with the same folders, etc, but,
they are not changing (nothing new has been added to them
as has the main pst.)
If I try to close either of the redundent ones I get an

I have a few hundred users who for whatever reason never had the SELF account
in their Mailbox Rights. I would like to be able to roll this out to all the
users at once with the External Account box checked as well as Full Mailbox
rights. Is there a tool/script that I can use to do this?
I also saw in an article somewhere that the mailbox cleanup (which we use to
enforce a 90 day deletion policy) needs the Self account to run completely.

Since i deleted quite a lot of data from lead and opportunity based on
user's request, can i just delete all garbages from my db which has deletion

CRM has a deletion service that will come through eventually and delete the
records. Make sure the service is running on the CRM server.

Rpielet, there's no way to sort by last name, given the way your data is
entered. Instead, use the Text to Columns command on the Data menu to put

Using My Money trial version. I am an accountant. I am aware this software
was written for non-accountants. I cannot figure out how to set up an
account for Cash On Hand or Petty Cash. It seems that if the account is not
linked to an institution its not very viable. I can add transactions, but I
cannot get them to move from pending to hard post. Am I missing something
here or is this software missing something here? How does one track spending
that does not flow through an instituion?

I know that I've done this in the past without any problems, but I'm using a
new (to me) computer running Excel 2003, and am having trouble printing
multiple sheets at the same time. I'm trying to select 2-3 tabs and printing
them all as a group. The advantage is that page numbers in the footer
reflect the group of sheets vs. each individual one. It's also very helpful
when converting to PDF.
The problem I'm having is that the 2nd page is not printing properly. The
right column is being cutoff. I've checked the print range several times,

We have a scenario where a complex calculation happens within a stored
procedure which produces around 1 Lac records at the end of calculation.
These 1 Lac records needs to be stored to a table. Everytime, this is
calculated for the same parameter, it deletes previous result and inserts
again. Since Delete\ Insert involves huge number of records, Lock Escalation
happens and 'Table Lock' is applied. As the concurrent users increase, the
response time from the Stored Proc increases drastically.
Please suggest how else this can be done to bring down the response time.

for a password once. I basically want to display the same
dialog box that appears when someone presses the "Protect Sheet"

I have created a worksheet and have listed multiple clients with the same
name (about 100). However one of the names needs to be removed and it is
common with all 100 names. Other than manually is there a way to do a
find/delete to do this or will I have to do this all manually?
If you really want to delete ALL occurrences of a text string (name), use
Edit->Replace & type in the text to delete in the Find What box, leave the
Repalce With box empty, then click on Replace All

a popup form with more data on it that is Parent-child linked to the main
form. When ANY field is modified (pop-up or main form), I have an
