Plot trend of inventory values for mulitple branches
I need to plot the trend of core inventory values for 87 branches over time,
but haven't enough experience with Excel's charting feature to do this
correctly. I am using MS Excel 2003 SP3. Can someone explain the best way to
begin. I have compiled the data and it is ready for graphing. I have tried
to use the feature, but I do not know how to get all the data into the graph
because of the three types of data - time range, inventory values, individual
branches. I need all three types of data included for comparison.

I have used non-inventory items for discounting purposes, but am not sure if
i am doing it properly! I usually have all the items in one department
called offers - but then i accumulate a big negative amount for that
department, and am over-stating my sales for the other departments.
I got around that by putting the item in the department that the discount
related to, but that only works for item specific discounts...
if i have a coupon worth -�10 and people can spend that on anything they
want, then how would people usually deal with that?

Is there a cap on how many contacts you can have in a
distribution list? I have about 250 and it won't let me
save anymore. It displays a message stating that it has
been moved or deleted. I tried moving it to a personal
folder then back and it still won't work.
The only information I could find on limitations of Distribution Lists was

Currently Exchange is pulling mail from a Global External POP account
@domain.com using the built in POP3 connector.
When mail is sent from email@example.com to firstname.lastname@example.org internally the
mail doesn't leave the internal network being that the addresses are part of
the internal network.
The question is how do you configure Exchange to route mail to an external
address email@example.com and bypass trying to locate user 'external'

I have a book that has 4 sheets in it. Master, DEAD, WON, PENDING. In
the master sheet there is a list of sales opportunites, and as the
name sugests its a master list regardless of status. There is one
column named status that would be DEAD WON, or PENDING. (you might
guess where i am going with this) I would like after populating the
master file the correct sheet to be automatically populated based on

Hello I did a backup through the windows backup utility. I saw all my
outlook folders pass by. the backup file is 5.63 gigs.
I have my hard drive partitioned.
I reformatted my hard drive C I left my data drive D alone.
When I set up windows I gave my account a different name. Family
instead of valued customer (the old name.)
I installed outlook on D this time instead of C.
I did the restore for the back up to put my settings on D hoping the
outlook program would take it.
When I clicked on outlook.exe it acted like a new program.
I uninstalled outlook from D and installed in on C.

I'm back with another macro mail merge challenge. I use Microsoft Word
97 on a Windows/NT machine. I need to perform a Catalogue mail merge
using an Excel spread sheet as the data. The resulting Word merge
document needs to yield a Geographical listing containing a group of
names sorted in Alphabetical order by last name. Each spreadsheet
entry contains a firstname, lastname, city, state, zip and country

I don't have a complete answer for you because I don't have an Outlook 2000
machine to locate the correct registry key but that data is stored in a
Most Recently Used (MRU) list. If you can locate the registry key that
contains the MRU for Open -> Other User's Folder then you could delete it
to clear the fields.

how many dates in the list are within a specific mmm/yyyy. e.g., if

Open the Contact List. Select 'Export' from the Menu items. Export the
Contact List as a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file, to your Desktop or
anywhere suitable. Then open into any word processor or spreadsheet program,
and you can manipulate the Contacts as you require.
