Using Outlook to access the same folders
I have two offices and two computers, is there a way I can have one set of
folders and an inbox that is shared between them over the Internet? I used
to have this capability with Exchange but now I don't work for a company...

I am part of a software development team and we have setup a shared
Mailbox (called Software Support) for support related e-mails.
The problem we have, is that when anyone in the team replies to an e-mail in
the Software support Inbox the reply is saved to the Sent Items folder in
their own personal Mailbox.
What this means is that others cannot see what the reply was to a support

large group. Unfortunately once the app is distributed,
I can not have the users saving different versions on
their machines. In other words I need to distribute the
app, have the users download it, but then prevent them
from saving it going forward (only the original would
remain on their machines.) Is this possible? If so, how

Actually, I lost them only in the Folder List. They
still appear in My Contacts but are just for looking at -
clicking on them (right or left) does nothing. I'm
assuming because of both of the above symptoms that those
folders are actually gone.
Fortunately, I had a backup pst and I've copied the
contact folders back over to my current pst but now the
missing and unclickable contact folders are still listed
in My Contacts along with the actual and usable ones.

Is there a tool to tell us what PF Referrals are occuring to our primary PF server? We would like to proactively create replicas of frequently used PFs on these remote servers so our end users can have the best performance possible

Probably a silly question, but how do you turn off
hyperlinks? I know how to remove them, but I want the
entire feature turned off so that when I type an email
address it doesn't turn it into an active hyperlink. In
XP, you can go to Tools, Autocorrect options, but I can't
seem to find the option in 2000.

I'm am having trouble linking/referencing a cell that contains another
There is a master list on one tab, that has hyperlinks to all documents
listed. Our other tabs (within the same spreadsheet) contain the same
information that is stored in the master list tab, but specific to a group.

I am receiving a regular mail which contains many hyperlinks.
It seems that, when the message exceeds a certain size, only the first
hyperlinks work (colored blue and underlined), but they stop working
somewhere in the last third of the message.
I see this happening with messages with sizes of 129, 185, 210 KB. But on
another message with 43KB all the hyperlinks work. (I can send the mentioned

connected to Exchange 2003, latest service packs, on windows xp. When she

and reopens, all the changes are gone. User has local admin rights and is
not affected by Group Policy. Testing on my own machine with same software
and setup does not produce same results - in other words mine works.

I have a worksheet with several columns. One of the columns is entitled
image which I've hyperlinked to image files.
I thought that if I were to email this worksheet to someone else that my
images would go along with it. Not happening.
How do I set it up, so that the images are embedded on each row as a file
name and if I email it to someone, all of the images are transferred also.

I have been trying to put a hyperlink to a bank in an Excel cell. After
difficulty I tried very carefully to follow instructions. When I click
on the link, I get a message that starts with "Unable to open <address>"
and ends with "Cannot download the information you requested."
I do not know if the following is a clue. The address in the cell starts
with http://. If I manually copy the address and paste it into the
browser it works. But the address that finally appears starts with
