How do I create a form with drop downs that narrows choices?
Hi. Imagine I have 10 brands, 5 sizes, 5 states, etc. Brand 1 has size 1 and 3, and is in states 3,4 and 5 Brand 1 has size 4 in state 1 Brand 2 has size 3, and is in states 1,2 and 3 I would like to set up a form or template with drop downs that enable you to choose a number of selections (brand, size, state, etc.), and return a specific value in each column. So, if the columns are brand, size, state, you choose brand 1. The only options in the size column/drop-down menu would be 1, 3, and 4. If you choose 4, the only choice is state 1. If you choose 1 or 3, you have the choice of 3, 4 or 5. Any ideas?

I have a form used to search and display information about a person. That data is stored in table A. A command button allows me to open another form where additional data is entered about that one person. That data is stored in table B, which is linked to table A through an ID number (not autonumber). The second form collects and saves the data, via a "Save" command button just fine, however, how do I also include the person's ID number and name in table B? I have tried an append query at the time of save, but it does not work. Would an unbound form work better? Thank you...

How can I create drop-down (or pull-out) *buttons* in toolbars? All the examples I have found tell me how to create a drop-down *menu* - which isn't what I need. I want a modeless user form to appear, then my program does some work (clearing the screens of all drawing objects, which takes a while), and then the user form to unload. I've gotten this to work, except that the user form is completely blank and white. The label control with my message doesn't show. I need to add a new attribute 'introducer' of type contact to the contact form. I can't use the 'parent customer' attribute because I am using it for something else. Hello all, I have an Exchange 2003 Enterprise. I am trying to set it up to host two domains. In order to do this, I need to setup a group to use. This group is required to be a security group that grant permissions and be able to send mail to my second domain. I created a new OU in AD users and Computers. Hi, I have a table that contains fields: Title, Location, etc. and a number field. Is it possible than when I open a continious form that displays the data from the table that the number field would be changed to reflect the order of the records in the form? I made a site with a fill in form and the info will be send by email to me. I works fine when in publisher, but after uploading on the webserver I get the 404 error. Positioning Popup form
Hello, Is it posible to position a popup form relative to the position of a textbox on a form? I have a popup called [Numpad] which positions itself based using the Load Event, with the calling form maximized. If the calling form isn't maximized, obviously it will be in the wrong position based on those coordinates. Is there anyway to create a MS Access form and share it?
I would like to create a form at home and then get it to the office for use. Is there anyway, tricky or otherwise, to use a form which was not created on the pc it will be used on? The database has changed since I emailed myself the database to use, although it is the same database, it just has new entries... Thanks!
