I am using an =Ave function in a formula to average quite a few cell values together. I add new information all the time; sometimes 5 or 6 new cells at a time. Hello. I'm using Excel 2000. I've created some pivot tables for reporting purposes. I intend to use them to replace old fashioned charts and tables that are manually keyed summary data. I need to keep the transition to the new spreadsheet as unobtrustive as possible for my less technical users, so that they have the same charts that they're used to. I have determined that it is benificial for a offline defrag on my EE2003 SP2. I will be gaining about 45% space across 4 mailbox stores. Currently my disk has about 7gb of free space and my largest MBS is 63gb (combined .edb and .stm) I have other drives on this server so I can use /t switch, but my questions is it really necessary? When I try to import to Outlook from Excel I'm having a problem with zip/postal codes. All of my zips are in New Jersey and the first number of the zip is zero (0). I set the excel worksheet to recognize that column as "special, zip code" but when Outlook tries to pull in the data it's dropping off all the zeros leaving me with a 4 digit zip, sans the zeros.
