Copying Data from MS Word into Excel

Im trying to copy (a lot of) numerical data from Word documents int
Excel. Typical data in the word document would be;

60    4475P     1       8  -0.0592     -4      8      2      8    -14
6      5      8    -29      2      7      8    -53    -10      3
-57

Is there anyway I can select ALL in Word and then copy / paste int
Excel, such that each group of numbers land in a different Cell ?

The idea result would be an Excel paste like this;

.............A..........B..........C..........D..........E................an
so on...

1..........60.......4475P......1..........8.........-0.0592.........an
so on...

Many Thank

Word document is in a table format.

If it is, you can usually just copy and paste into the spreadsheet and then
adjust your columns, etc on the spreadsheet.

Hope this helps.

Does each line paste into a separate cell in a separate row?

If yes, then select that column, and do Data|text to columns
