get all the tool bars and options however in the data pain I am just

Your upgrade version requirements do not explicitly mention anything about switching from one OS to another. servers and they are pretty large.. like around 100 databases and around

I work at a school and we are having problems with the MS publisher not
showing pictures when we insert them. We have windows xp Pro installed with
Service pack 2. We would insert the picture on a blank document and then a
white box comes up, but no picture. What is the solution to this? On our
older machines it works OK with service pack 2.

One way is to use YEARFRAC with a third argument of 1 to get your
tenures in years and fractions of a year and then average the result.
However YEARFRAC does produce some annoying but small errors.
