I need to print contacts via CRM. Every contact I have in the system
has a Document attached in the notes area. When I click the print
button I need it to print the contact information and the Document

I have inherited a system with a search function screen that is acting
weird. There are actually two search screens, both constructed in a
similar fashion, but the first does what it is supposed to do and the
second is misbehaving.

Word Count provides a count of words, characters, lines, and paragraphs but
not sentences. Although a macro can be written to get a rough count, Word
can't necessarily distinguish between the period at the end of a sentence
and the period following an abbreviation. There must be some algorithm,
however, as the "readability statistics" are based to some extent on the
number of words in the average sentence, I think.

up in the All Contacts list. The client is Outlook 2003.

I am trying to look at the queues on one of my mail servers. When I click on
the queues folder, I see two items; Default SMTP Virtual Server and Exchange
MTA. Both of these items have a red exclamation point and say "not
available". There is also a message at the bottom of the screen,

Why can't we print labels from HQ? Its simple..... some companies manage
products and inventory form the warehouse and "push" the product to the
retail locations. It makes no sense to manage label printing from the store
level for our business model.
Can it be done?
The concept is that a warehouse will be a store. HQ in RMS is a centralised
management control system not a physical location. To manage the physical
location you need a store license. So we always install HQ and a store
where the warehouse is included.

I created a spreadsheet in Excel. Emailed it to a friend and when she tries
to print it on her laptop, it shows vertical page breaks as if it will not
fit on one page. And, indeed, when she prints it prints all but column D on
the first page then prints column D on another page. Why does it do this? I
can print it out just fine from my computer!

Our exchange server is exchange 2007 entrprise, we have BES server version
22.214.171.124. Outlook 2003 is client software. some users are complainting that
attachment sent with email can be seen in blackberry but not in outlook. It
does not happen with all attachment.

Hi all : using Excel 2003, I have what should not even be a problem
that I cannot solve. I have a series of years in a column, 1970-2006
to be exact, and these are the labels for my x axis. When I insert
chart this appears as 1,2,3,...instead of 1970, 1971, etc. It doesn't
matter how I format that column, text, general, custom, nothing works.
Why is it not just giving me the data in the format that is actually
there and how can I get it?

On our fresh install of SBS2003, I've noticed that there's never anything in the
"C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\Mailroot\vsi 1\BadMail" folder, which is the specified
folder for undeliverable mail.
When I look at the queues, there are always entries for lots of undeliverable
NDR's in response to the spam. But why isn't it ending up in the BadMail folder?
The retries get exhausted and the queued mail goes away, but it never shows
up in BadMail.
I haven't seen this on other SBS2003 setups I've done. Does anyone have
any ideas on this?

I am trying to print a small publication on an 8.5X11 piece of paper to a
laserjet 2600n printer.
This file has printed before with no problems at all. Now Publisher (2003)
tells me it cannot print the file. When pressing F1 the message indicates
that the file is too complex. Even if I strip it to a single element, I
contunue getting that message.
What is the problem?
There is a driver on the HP web site with a June 2005 timestamp, maybe newer than
yours. Big downloads... Also some firmware. Publisher is noted for being critical
about printer drivers.
