Data tags problem

I have an issue with a user I have just upgraded to Office 
2003 and any help would be appreciated.
The issue is with a spreadhseet containing a graph.
The graph consists of 5 datapoints, the last of which is a 
total figure and does not have a colour bar i.e. only 
shows figures.  However, on several of the graphs this 
figure is either hidden or blank and does not even print 
out.  It appears to be totally random and occasionaly 
there is an additional problem whereby some of the bars 
just show the outline and not the colour infill.
Any ideas please?????

storing read only data
I work for a powder coating company and want to make a program that will store all of the data on each part. I want to be able to go to the computer type in a part number and retrieve all of the data for that part. It has to be read onlyso that it can only be edited by a supervisor. Asking for password problem
I have an Excel 2003 form that has several layers of protection. If a user saves the file as a 2007 workbook and I attempt to open it in 2003 I get a prompt for a password. Am in the process of performing an Alternate server recovery of an Exchange 2003 Information Store. The reason being that on the current server all the email has dissappeared from the public folder mail folders...its a very strange situation indeed. Hoping that by restoring an earlier backup to a different machine we can see if the emails will return. I currently have a laptop that is running Windows XP home. I am also running Office 2000 pro. All of the other computers on the network are running Windows 2000. The laptop with Windows XP will not remember the password to log into the mail through Outlook. I have it check for msg every 10 mins and am prompted to enter the password. Problem downloading old messages left on server
I have been having an intermittent problem where entourage downloads all the messages left on my Internet service provider's server, even though they have already been downloaded. I have a pop account. It only happens once every month or so. The service is a small private company called Hawaii Broadband. It is only happening with the Hawaii Broadband account. Hello! I have a byte array in memory for a file and also its filename (actually a mail attachment). Now I want to "open" this file. In case of a "*.doc" file I have to find the association (winword), run that program and give it a path to my memory or something like that. Signature problem
Hi , I have my signature as a BMP file and i want to insert it as text into the body of the email. This is required for all my banking transactions where a signature is needed on the email itself and on the body of the email as opposed to being an attached file.
