relative import path in public schema

I'm using a public set of schemas for GML, avaiable at www.opengis.net/gml.
They all include or import each other but live in a folder hierarchy, so the
import statement includes schemaLocation="../xlink/xlinks.xsd". I've written
a schema that imports the top level one using
schemaLocation="http://schemas.opengis.net/gml/3.1.0/base/feature.xsd". I've
also tried downloading it and putting it in the schema cache but in both
cases the build fails with 'Cannot resolve the schemaLocation attribute'.

I'm using Visual C# 2005 Express and I'm new to all this, so I'd be very
grateful indeed if anyone knows what I should do to resolve this.

Thanks very much.

The schemaLocation attribute must specify a targetNamespace and a locaiton
separated by a whitespace. Your example below just has the location.

All the imports are resolved relative to the base path of the parent schema.
If you add your schema to the cache all imports within should be resolvable
relative to its path.

Thanks for your reply. The line does have the target namespace too. I just
didn't show it here. VS adds the schema to its cache (although I have also
tried including it manually) but still fails to resolve this path.

ExchangeIS Schema Changing?
I'm temporarily in an environment that is using Trip Wire Mangager 4.5 to monitor some of it's servers. Most alerts are false positives that can be cleared. One, however, is appearing daily and cannot be cleared it indicates that the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\Schema" has changed. I've checked the KB and Googled to see what may be causing this, or how it works, but can find nothing. Is this a schema that would change as part of its everyday operations? Also, when comparing two day's errors, the changes are DACL changes,...

Public folder attachments

I want chart source data to be relative references, not absolute.
Everytime I try to enter the chart source data as a relative reference, Excel automatically adds the dollar signs to make the references absolute. I have 12 groups of columns repeating data above the graphs. (The rows and the columns are identical, except for the data entered in the variable cells.) If the cell source data were relative, I could copy the original chart over 11 times and be done. Since it is not, I have to go in each chart and manually edit the source data to adjust the column references. This is a pain. Also, if we delete or add any groups of column data, which we...
