Ways to view your tasksHi,
Is it possible to view your tasks pane in your Inbox so that you don't have
to keep switching between the two sceens of Mailbox & Inbox?
Our company is running Outlook 2003 if it matters.

You use doc/view apps when the concept of document and view apply.
There's no real mystery involved. You choose whatever appears to make sense for your

Purchase order to bring all quantities to restock levelIs there a way to generate a purchase order that would bring all items up to
Restock Level even though they are not at the Reorder Point?
Here's what I'm trying to do:
I may carry 10 different items from a supplier and only three of them are at
the Reorder Point, but since I'm putting an order in for the items that are
at the Reorder Point, I'd like to bring all of the other items back up to the
restock level even though they may not be at the Reorder Point. By doing
this, I will save on shipping and will reduce the number of orders I have to
place.

Well, This is supposedly part of the Quickbooks integration...
once a PO is closed ( Meaning that you've recieved it completely ), if you
use SO Manager/Journal/Post Closed Batches, the closed POs should be
automatically transferred to QB as Accounts payable

How to view transactions by account?I'm running a view transactions by account report. I want to view the
contributions (transfer) from my checking to Roth IRA retirement account. I
select the IRA account, all categories, and all types of transactions. This
shows the contributions into that account and also the buys of stock, which
cancel out the contributions. It looks like this:

Transfer from checking 150
buy investments (200)
Transfer from checking 200

Outlook 2000Hi there,
If I am viewing an HTML email and I right click on it to
select "view source" and notepad (or word) does not open
to view the html code, what could possibly be preventing
it from showing itself?
I can, however, get it to show up correctly by hitting
ctrl+f2 in a print preview, but no dice on notepad
opening. If there a command line switch that somehow will
restore this? I have already /cleanviews in hopes that
would resolve the problem. I've also rebuilt the users
outlook profile.

I've got a project (VC++ 6.0) with several views and dialogs. Tey were
created with the dialog editor just as it should be, got an ID in
resource.h (like IDD_DLGOBJEKTE), got a class attached to them;
everything seemed fine.
Now, after some months in coding, the views started not to be able to
read resource.h as it seems. There is a line in every of the
view-classes: "enum { IDD = IDD_ANYNAME };". The IDD_ANYNAME variable
is corretly defined in resource.h. Nevertheless the compiler seems not
to be able to resolve the constant's name to its value. When I

A query can "remember" the last pivot view that you created, just like the
last filter.

View Ruler/Tabs in Outlook2007Maybe it's right in front of my eyes, but I don't see it. In Outlook
2003 I could select View, Ruler from the menu to display the ruler (a
la Word) and see or change tab settings. It doesn't appear that
there's an equivalent command in 2007, but I would like to know how to

do is reprint the cheques to screen. the problem is that the cheques don't

Default view in OutlookJust got a new computer with Outlook 2003 and finding it very frustrating to
deal with, particularly since I have issues with RSI. My particular problem
this evening is that I need to change the view for all of my folders. IE get
rid of the grid lines, get rid of the grouping, get rid of the reading pane,
etc... I have not found any way to do this is such a fashion that I can
avoid having to go to each individual folder (of which I have dozens) and
reset the settings. Is there some way to set a default view and have it
apply to every folder?

Viewing graphic Attachments inlinehave recently migrated a clients' email messages from OE
6 into Outlook 2000, due to large file/folder sizes, and
better archiving capability.
Clients (a Graphics Art/ Advertising business, used to be
able to view attached graphics files in the body of the
emails in the preview pane of OE 6.
This functionality does not appear to be available in
Outlook, as you have to open each attachment separately
to view it.
Have used HTML Format, and Rich Text Format in options -
no luck..

for the activity as well.
Example: For a completed phone call (State = Completed), we have added "Left
Voice Mail" as another Status Reason.
For a cancelled phone call (State = Cancelled), we have added "Wrong Phone
Number" as another Status Reason.
These can be chosen from the picklist when Selecting Actions-->Close/Cancel
Activity, but they cannot be displayed on the view. We should be able to
