Reinstalled Microsoft CRM 3 & Now Can't Log On - Authentication Er

I just reinstalled Microsoft CRM 3 and created new MSCRM and Metabase DBs.  I 
then added one user and could log on.

I then restored my MSCRM and Metabase DBs into the newly created MSCRM and 
Metabase DBs and when I try to log on I get the "Authentication Error.  
Microsoft CRM could not log you on to the system." error.

If I try to go to the Deployment Manager to add new users there I do not 
have the Add User option.

The only time I had seen this sort of error before was when I had gone into 
SQL and put one of the main CRM DBs in single user mode.

Any ideas as to what I need to do to be able to log on?

Yes, either try running the repair or just uninstall the CRM application 
leaving the database AS-IS and re-install CRM application and choose Use 
Existing Database option during re-installation.

Go to Control Panel, select CRM Server and choose Repair instead of uninstall.

Repair did the trick.

Should I need to uninstall and reinstall the Outlook Client on the 
workstations or should that be just fine?

I would suggest wait and monitor. Leave it be if there're no complaints from 
Users.

IMF
We had a problem with IIS which meant we had to remove and reinstall it. Since we have it back up and running IMF seems to no longer work. when trying to reinstall sp2 for exchange 2003 it is saying a previous version of imf exists. This is definatley not IMF v1 as we have had SP2 installed for a while and no problems. Any ideas how i can workaround this problem? Deleting CRM User!
I am looking to find ouit how one can delete a CRM USer and have the license go back into the pool of unused licenses. I can only find a way to disable the account. The users that I wanted to delete are in the disable user account view right now but I need to delete them and I need the licenses. I do not believe that you can delete using the supplied interfaces. However, I was wondering, if I have a queue called support@test.com, i seem to only be able to process email in the queue if the email is addressed to "support@test.com". Macro to merge 3 rows multi times, columns A:K only
I have data in every 3 rows (5,8,11, etc), through column K. I need to keep columns L & M as is.
