If I rename the file to become a .txt-file and then open

What could be wrong?
I'm guessing that the list separator in the file is different from the list

I am working with Access 2002. I have a database with a button on the
Switchboard that opens a Word mail merge using an Access query for the data.
It is set to merge the letters for the records in the query when it opens.
This works fine for me but when the other user clicks the button it opens a
second copy of the database. Has anyone had this problem and how do I fix
it? Thanks in advance.
I have seen this also. It still works so I just ignored it.

I created an excel workbook with some mathematical formulas in Excel

drawn around each resulting cell.
I saved the file, but when I tried to open the file after a few days,
it doesn't open. When I double click the file, excel opens, as if it

any utility that will do the same thing.
