Can I send a PDF that requires a password to open? I want to send PDF files
to an email account with multiple users, but only want selected users to be
able to open the attachment.
Outlook has no control over the security of a PDF file, that's handled
by the PDF file creation software and the reader, but you can certainly
e-mail the file to the recipients.

I am trying to install MS CRM on a Small Business Server 2003 server. When I

breaking Companyweb. Can anyone tell me how?

...What is missing from CRM
We are about to implement CRM in our firm. We are a VAR and will be doing
the implementation ourselves. There are a few pieces that I don't see in CRM.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fill in these pieces?

Perhaps this should go into the Accounting system so a Bill can be checked
2. Inventory (Product) tools
Perhaps same above?
3. Ideas about getting the Sales and Consultant hourly billing into the

If the question is "How can I create a PDF file?" the answer is to get any number of PDF

Our sales people are complaining that the Account Name
and Account Number do not automatically show up in the
calendar when setting up CRM appointments when they link
it to an account.
They must open the appointment up to see which account

the subject line.
Is there a way to make it automatically put the account
name and number in the subject line so it displays on the
calendar?? They feel it is redundant to select the
account in the regarding field and type it in the subject
line just so it appears on the calendar.

If I open my Address Book while in Word or Outlook and choose CRM Accounts
from "Show Names From" dialog box quite a few Accounts are missing even
though I sync, go online or offline and close the web client. What controls
the population of this address book?
Two things: access to the instance data and an email address on that
instance. Items in the address book must have an email address or Outlook
won't show them (so the AB doesn't download them). Plus, CRM security kicks
in as you would expect.

my publication is on A7 format and I need to publish it as A5 format.
With normal printers there is no problem, just set the scaling to 200%, but
how could one achieve that with Publisher's PDF export feature?
Jan, I use Pub 2000, sans built-in PDF but if you select File, Printer
setup, is PDF listed? If so, can you then select Printer Preferences and
there may be "Scaling".
