Next Version

Is there any idea when the next version of CRM will come out. It would
appear there are a lot of deficiencies in this current version.

I heard that MSCRM 2005 will be launch around May or June 2005 in Asia
Pasific. In this version there will be a marketing module and we can add
customize object, so we do not need to create another database.

Rgds,
Frans

I can't wait for the next version of CRM to come out. My
list of product suggestions to Microsoft has been long,
like extending client code customizable controls from
drop-down lists to other controls, capability for load
balancing on multiple servers, performance enhancements
to Sales for Outlook client, 360 degree relationship
(many-to-many) between accounts and contacts etc.

Hopefully, they will address the major concerns in the
next version.

Many of these feature are currently slated to be in CRM 2005. The only one I
have not heard anything about is the customizable controls. However, the
customization capability will be greatly enhanced.

However, you can load balance the app servers today if you want. MBS won't
support the actual load balancing configurations, but they will support the CRM
side of the isntall. To be safe, configure so that the farm uses "sticky-ip"
addressing so a given session will route to the same server with each request.

Return to next row in first column when entering data in Excel
I am creating a list that that uses more columns than can be covered on the screen. The problem is when the data is entered in the cell in the last column, I need to return to the next row in the first column. Yet this cell and row is not visible to click onto. Is there a command like in Acess that will take me to the end of my list, ready to start another row of data. if not, are there any suggestions to accomplish this? Try this. When you enter data in a cell use TAB to go to the next cell and when you get to the last cell in that row, enter your data and then hit ENTER. ...

Next/Previous items buttons
Can you add buttons which will allow users to move to the next or previous item in a list or view so they don't have to always save and close, just save, press the next button and carry on without having to figure out which item is next (sometimes the current item in a list/search does not stay hilighted and if you have to look through several to find the one you last worked on, that's a pain.). OWA version and license

We currently have an Exchange 2003 Enterprise server for our internal email. Do I just need a single Server license, since OWA connects as annonymous? Thanks in advance! Use Exchange Standard for OWA on your frontend servers. No need to pay for Enterprise. This will be a separate license from your existing box. If you are really tight on the budget you could directly connect to OWA on your backend server. Although this is not recommended. "Darren" <...

However, when I push the tab button all that it does is indent where my text will begin and the bullet remains the same as the one above and is not indented at all.
