Linking CRM Contacts and Exchange Contacts

I've been looking for a few hours, and I can't find anything about
linking CRM and Exchange Contacts. I want to update Exchange contacts
when they are updated in CRM, and vice versa. Can anyone point me in
the right direction? A book/online tutorial would be very helpful.

Problem Printing out Outlook Contacts
I'm using Outlook 2007 as part of Microsoft Office Small Business. Today I tried to print out a contact listing for the first time (installed only a couple of months ago so I don't know if this has been a problem the whole time or if my problem "just started") when I print out all my Contacts, Outlook is merging the names of some of my contacts and using the address of one of the contacts. Example: Mary Smith Mark Sutter 123 Main st. anytown , USA 12345 prints out when in fact Mary Smith and Mark Sutter are 2 separate contacts with 2 different addresses. ...

Migration of Exchange 2000 Contacts
I recently installed a new Exchange 2003 server and used ex-merge to export the users mailboxes to PST's so that they could access their old mail, but have a fresh start in terms of mailbox size on the server. I then imported the users contacts and calendar to their new mailbox. The issue is that when a user has a contact that was created on the old Exchange 2000 server, Outlook tries to contact the old server and the bounces the message back as undeliverable. Is their a way to force the contacts to look at the new server or must these contact be manually recreated? Thank you! E...

CRM for a service based business
Can anyone offer a suggestion on how to proceed ? Have installed CRM on a trial basis and found it does just about everything required. Other than the fact that most of our work revolves around 3rd party maintenance ie our customers send us to sites (which may be other customers or end user sites) to do work. There appears to be no simple way to attach a site to a case which is not the site of that customer. Tried to add the account field to the case view but cannot do that as a lookup. I suspect this requires unsupported modification to CRM. If someone thinks otherwise or has a suggestion ...

CRM for outlook 3.0 with CRM server version 1.2
Hi, I have a CRM 1.2 setup here (server + crm for outlook clients). I want to allow the users to download all contacts from the CRM database to their outlook contacts. At the moment it's just downloading all contacts that are shared with them or owned by them (I think). Reading through the groups I believe there should be a CRM \ Local Data menu through the Outlook client, but I can't find this on our clients so I'm thinking maybe it's just an option with version 3.0 CRM Outlook clients ? If so is it possible to upgrade the clients to this version without upgrading the server ...
