dont panic...8000 is nothing. I have imported 15000 without issue form a
single csv file.

Unfortunately its possible your CSV file has a few bad characters in it
which crm is interpreating as bad data.

See if you can take a look through your data for any non standard characters
being 0-9 and a-z etc. If you had 10 columns of data you might try to remove
one column at a time then import until you find the rogue column.

Also watch out for long memo's or descriptions, especially if over 512
characters. I have had similar problems in 1.2 and 3.0. MS do have a KB entry
about problems with imports containing long memo fields.

Hi,

I've been trying to find that Knowledge Base article at
http://support.microsoft.com but all I find is stuff about Ms Access, Dbase,
but nothing about CRM. Could you tell how could I find it? Do you have the
number of the article?

Regards,

Extra cover page when report exported to PDF
I am using SQL Reporting Services for SQL Server 2005. I have a report that uses a page header as a cover page. When the report renders in the browser, the cover page prints once (as expected) and then the data begins on page two. When the report is exported to a PDF, I get two cover pages. The first cover page does not print the report items fields so I can identify it as the "extra" page. The second cover page is identical to the cover page that renders in the browser. Outlook issues after Exchange migration
We recently migrated Exchange 5.5 mailboxes to Exchange 2003 on a new domain. This was performed with the exmerge utility in a 2 step process. Now there are 2 issues with Oulook: 1) When a user types a recipient name into the address field, the name autocompletes as normal. But when the mail is sent, a message returns saying it is undeliverable. However, if the user goes into the Contacts folder and from there selects the same user to send a message to, it is successful. 2) If a user shares a calendar, specifying the user with whom to share and the level of permissions, all users in ...

FRX export painfully slow
Hi all, We run FRX 6.5.51 and Great Plains 7.00g12 (sql 2000) on a 2000 TS with Citrix metaframe server XPE. Frx works fine until you export a report to excel via OLE using excel on the same TS server as FRX. At this point FRX slows down to a crawl. The problem seems to be somewhat intermittent (works 10% of the time properly) I initially thought it was a permissions issue but I verified that it was not. I also monitored the network between the citrix server and the sql server and all looked good. Any information to point me in a direction as to what is causing this would be greatly appr...
