Insufficient Permissions Promoting Email In CRM 3.0

I have one CRM user who no longer has the ability to promote an email.

The user receives the following message:
"An error occurred promoting this item to Microsoft CRM. The Microsoft CRM
server could not be contacted or the user has insufficient permissions to
perform this action. Do you want to send the email? If you click yes the
email will be sent out, but no corresponding activity will be created in
Microsoft CRM".

We are current in our rollups, but that does not seem to have made any
difference. This user had been able to promote items up until recently and
then for some unknown reason it just stopped functioning. Any ideas on this
one?

OL2003: Junk Email rule precedence
It looks like the built-in Junk E-mail filter takes precedence over anything set in the Rules wizard by default. At least that's the behavior I'm seeing in some cases. It doesn't seem to be consistent. Is there any way to modify or hard-set the precedence of the filter with respect to rules that are in place? ...

Ok, I have created three address book views in Exchange 5.5 (Company A, Company B, and Other) and I would like those to be the only address books that users can see. As of this moment, they can see and traverse Global Address List, Company A, Company B, Other, and Recipients. How do I make the GAL and Recipients disappear from the available address books? I read somewhere that by giving the site account search permissions it will make the GAL and Recipients dissappear out of the available address books, however, I have no idea how to edit permissions on the GAL since I can't ...

Insufficient Privileges
We upgraded to CRM 3.0. A user with a Customer Service Representative security role is attempting to add a new account. However, they receive an error regarding insufficient privileges. I edited the security role to include full access on Accounts. They rebooted after this change and are still receiving the same error. What gives??? Please advise. Thanks! Cayla Not sure if this applied to 3.0, but I found it to be true in 1.2. Sometimes, when changing security rights "on the fly", the security services would get hosed. I rebooted the CRM server to correct the issue and f...

Insufficient permissions
We have SSRS 2005 integrated with MOSS 2007. As of this morning one user can no longer run reports. Every report results in the exception pasted below. Strangely, this same error has been appearing in the log files for that last two weeks for a number of users but none of them have any problem viewing reports. All permissions in SQL and in MOSS are based on AD groups. There are no per-user permissions anywhere - yet this one user can't view reports. Attaching Office docs to CRM
Is there an easy way to attach a word, excel or PP file to an account or contact in CRM 3.0? I am looking for somethng like the "send to" command in Office currently. It seems like there should be an easier way to do this than going out of the application, into CRM and manually attaching the file? Thanks for your help Nothing 'in the box'. That said, you could write a plug-in that would be triggered from an incoming email on an inbound queue that would then associate the attachment with a note on the account. From outlook, you could just send to the queue and plac...
