The Windows Live folders cannot be synched with a PDA unless you buy a
third-party tool like Chapura Pocket Mirror.

It's probably just hidden. Check View | Current View -- is it set to
"Unread messages"? If so, that explains the problem -- when you reply to a
message, it becomes "read" and so it disappears when an "unread messages"

I have a rather large inbox (3000+ items) with emails pertaining to a number
of different clients.
Typically, all documents relating to a client (eg. Word files, PDFs etc) are
stored in a specific client folder. Nothing particularly complex about
this, merely an alphabetically organised set of folders in Windows (XP).
I would like to know if there is a way of exporting or copying the emails in
my inbox, specific to a client, to the client's folder. It doesn't really
matter what format they are in, provided they can be read as before, and the

The stationery folder was moved in Windows Mail to a subdirectory under =

emails use US dictionary for spellingWhenever I compose new mail like this one for example,
down the bottom is the indication it is checking the
spelling with the US English dictionary. Now when I use
the menus as described below this it not what I think
should be happening.

Send in plain text or HTML - only Outlook can read Rich Text, and there's no
guarantee that the formatting will be maintained perfectly when sending to
another Outlook user over the Internet. Of course, plain text won't give you
any graphics - but HTML will, although I have to say keeping mail simple is
the best course of action. E-mail is really designed for text.

Report attachment to emailI have a event procedure from a button on my form that sends a report through
email to a specific designee. This works fine. The report when saved as an
attachment into the email merely states the name of the report. I want to
add the variable EmployeeName into the process so that the document that is
being attached will be identified in the email as EmployeeName Report Name.

Click show profiles. At the bottom of the screen click the
option PROMPT FOR A PROFILE TO BE USED. The click ADD and
follow the steps from there. If you're even going to go

create the PST file make sure you choose the option with

Category will not Delete / Category changes when email moves to Trash folderMy email is imap. Deleted emails are directed to the Trash folder.
All in coming emails are received with the Category of =93None=94 (no
Rules). Recently when emails are Deleted from the In Box and
transferred into the Trash folder Entourage changes those emails to
the Category named eBay (one of my Categories) from None. If the
destination folder is redefined, the problem goes away. The odd thing
is when I go to Edit / Category / Edit Categories the Category named

(not in CRM) will not send the email at all and not saved in CRM. Is it not
possible to send email to eg employee which is not CRM user or some contact

Have you installed the MSCRM Email Router onto your exchange server either

We have sbs2003 and use email domain @companya.com.
Mail works fine.
Now we have a extra email domain @companyb.com.
Email will be retrieve with pop3 connector and is working but
email is not delivered to email box with @companyb.com.
Its only delivered by this box when we set primary address to @companya.com
but then we use @company.com as we reply on a email.
What do i do wrong.

Email Validation when sendingDear all,
Im having a problem with Outlook 2003 and email validation
when sending an email.
In Outlook 2000 when you typed a surname in the to field
then press send it would give you a list of all the people
in the GAL with that surname. 2003 gives me no
suggestions, however i can click on the "Show more names"
and it lists the GAL.
I have checked the addressing under the address book tools
and it looks fine.
