CRM Cannot Go Online -- Button Doesn't Work

CRM Go-Onlie Button Doesn't Work .
 
I have a client whose go-online button doesnt' work. We are running CRM 3.0 on Rollup 1 and service pack 2 with Office 2003. We do have an exchange server 2007.

When you say the button doesn't work, do you mean that clicking on the button 
produces no result, or that errors occur during the Go Online process?  If 
clicking the button produces no result, try opening Advanced Find or a new 
phone call record from the toolbar.  If those also don't work, then check to 
make sure the CRM add-in is not disabled:  in Outlook, Help > About Microsoft 
Office Outlook, Disabled Items.

If the add-in is not disabled, you may have to reset the toolbar, but that 
should only be done if the client has access to the CRM server.

CRM and MapPoint
I have a client that has MapPoint 2004. They would like to have the ability to map all of their current clients in certain areas, also with the ability to make indication of future growth in these same areas. Size of excel work book is not full screen
The excel work I have been sent is not full screen (about 3/4 size). Clicking on blue header does not make it full screen. It is not possble to stretch the window either. Maybe the workbook is protected with the windows option checked. Tools|Protection|unprotect workbook (if that option is available) You may need a password. Autocalc not working
When I select a group of cells, in most of my excel docs, the sum of those cells is displayed in the bar at the bottom of the sheet. In some docs, it doesn't work. We had to delete the OU from the Active Directy, and now cannot get to our data. Reading through the posts it looks as though we have to use the DMF to convert our data because of the GUIDs that are hard-coded in the files. Data Lables, in chart go away when reopening
I've got a pivot table with the sales reps name in the row, month sold in the column and for different sales figure "sums" in the data. PDF's not traking in crm
