Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop I got a mac, and put entourage on it. I added my exchange work account as a pop3. Everything seems to be working fine there. Unfortunately, 'leave copy of email on server' was not checked, so all emails were downloaded to my mac, and no longer remain on my outlook on my desktop at the office. CRM 4.0 Install Account and Domain Admin rights
Hello, CRM 4.0 install completed a while ago and it has been stated that I must change the CRM Install account password on an annual basis because it resides in the domain admins group. This account: 1. Does not run any CRM services except for SSRS in DEV/TEST because the config is different 2. Install account has all but Full Control rights over the CRM OU and all of it's child object. 3. Account has sysadmin within SQL server in each environment. Moving Connectors to new server in site
I have a three sites with three exchange servers and in one of those sites, I'm moving everything (connectors, mailboxs, public folders etc) to a new server. I've already moved the mailboxs and public folders, however; now it's time to move my Site Connector and my X.400 connector. What is the best way to move them to a new server? I was thinking that I need to create new connectors all together on the new server and in the other two sites and then delete the old ones. Does that sound right to you? Move Mailbox with source Server Offline
I have moved one of my E5.5 servers from Production into a Test lab to test E5.5 to E2K3 migration scenarios. I imported a full GAL export from Production just to make sure that all Users, Custom Recipients, and Distribution Lists came over OK. Now, however, I have Mailboxes that think they are on servers that don't exist in the lab! I need to find a way (import, vbscript, etc.) that can tell the mailbox that it's Home server is the lab server; even though the Home server it's currently set to doesn't exist in this network. Outlook 2003 - Strange Server Timeout - OPMLog attached
I am connecting to two different domains via Outlook 2003. Both domains are running Microsoft Exchange Server (although the versions are different). When I connects to Domain1, there is no problem; the mail on the server downloads instantly. When I connects to Domain2, the download of the email is extremely slow, in fact there is eventually a server timeout. I am not too skilled at looking at the Outlook 2003 logfiles, but it seems that the server for Domain2 is authenticating me just fine; I don't understand why there would be such a difference in download speed for one domain via another...

We have CRM 4.0 Professional installed on one server, and SQL Server 2005 with SSRS and the Microsoft CRM Data Connector for SSRS on another server. We have an Internet-Facing Deployment with SSL. We are able to run reports in CRM. We are also able to schedule a report for on-demand. However, when we schedule a report to run at a specified time, the snapshots are not being generated. The MX records point to my FE with Priority of 10, to my BE with Priority of 20, to an external smtp relay server with priority of 40. My FE and BE have identical permissions through my firewall. Hello, We have an SBS 2003 with en English CRM 3 installed on it. We just received from Microsoft a CD with a localized Hebrew version of CRM 3. We have an image of the server running on a VPC for testing. We tried to uninstall the CRM and install the Hebrew version on the same DB but it refused to accept it. Installing a fresh install of the Hebrew version and restoring a backup of the DB did not work either. Hi, Brand new Windows 2008 server. Due to UAC problems as domain admin I have disabled all AUC prompts for Domain admins in de local policy. We do not have any GPO which might overule that.
