On reopening the files I can't see pictures inserted in Word or Publisher.
I'd suggest start by updating your graphics driver.

Product Key, it gives the message "This patch package could not be opened.

Contact the person who created the file and ask them to save it as a Pub
2000 file. There is nothing *you* can do other than to upgrade to Pub 2003.

Just installed 2004 office on my new macbook and now my hubby's computer is telling him there are too many installations on the network. I currently use Microsoft Word for a lot of things but one problem I
run into and I hope can explain this correctly. I insert a picture and
want to type next to the picture but text has to be put on line below
picture which takes up space that I need.

I have published a custom task form to my Organizational Forms Library

It works great, and now I have 2 quick questions regarding selecting
the published forms:
1. Can I make the forms available by selecting the NEW menu, so I
don't have to choose the form, and then browse to find it? I would
like be able to select New and have it show my custom form there AND
the default task form for that folder.
2. If not, I think I am supposed to be able to highlight the task
folder, then select the ACTION menu and see ...convert Publisher document to Word

You cannot change the A, B, C headers.
A workaround is to use Row 1 for a titles row then select A2 and Window>Freeze
Panes so that Row 1 with the titles remains in view when you scroll.
Select B2 instead if you also want Column A to remain in view.
You can turn off the A, B, C, etc. by going to Tools>Options>View and uncheck
"row and column headers".
