Sorry to repost but this is driving me crazy.

All I want to be able to do is schedule an appointment for myself and
a colleague with an Account record and get it to appear in our outlook
calendars. Everything I try to achieve this fails:

1.	If I try to schedule an appointment in the SFO client against an
account record (Actions Add Activity etc) and add my colleague as an
attendee then the appointment goes in to my outlook calendar but not
my colleagues. Instead I get a box pop up called check names. It
basically says that Outlook does not recognise the user (my colleague)
who I selected as an attendee.
2.	If I try to create a CRM appointment from the SFO tool bar
(regarding the Account record) and invite my colleague then the
appointment goes into our Outlook calendars but I get an error message
� An error occurred while trying to synchronize the appointment
information in Microsoft CRM system.
3.	If I try to schedule an appointment against an account record in
the web client, again selecting my colleague as an attendee and synch
within SFO client the appointment goes into my outlook calendar but
not my colleagues.

This may be more to do with your configuration on 
Exchange and not CRM. Check that your colleague's primary 
email address in exchange is the same as his email 
address in CRM. Also check you have enough permissions to 
create/accept appointments for other people in Outlook.

I recently installed SP2. Now I'm trying to sync tasks, look people up in the GAL, etc. I'm using a Siemens SX66 device from Cingular running Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition. A Problem with CListCtrl::SetItemData #2

Hi I use WinXP with Excel 2000 I use a "helper" column in a linked spread sheet with approx 1200 lines of data that is then used to generate a pivot table. If I have an opportunity client that I want to schedule a meeting for and also want a couple of internal employees to join, but also want a reminder, what is the best way to do this? When I go into Sales For Outlook client, I can create a CRM Appointment with Attendees internally, but cannot seem to pick any item in the CRM Folders to add in. We use a scheme at a store where customers get a discount by presenting a loyalty card type of thing. It was originally set up as a "Cash" type, but this was putting the tills out at end of day, as the till was reporting a higher amount than there was in the till (roughly equal to the discounted amounts). CRM Appointments to Outlook Appointments
I am looking for some documentation around the relationship between CRM appointments and Outlook appointments. For example, I know that appointments I create in CRM can be synced into my Outlook calendar, which I like because then I can get a month view of what is coming up. When those appointments get put into my Outlook calendar, they are created with a reminder, which I don't like because I am getting an Outlook reminder popping up when I don't need one. Hi, Has anyone seen an issue where a forwarded message from one Outlook user to another comes through as an attachment but the headers are unavailable. The scenario is that an internet user sends mail to user1. User1 then forwards the message as an attachment to user2. User2 goes to the View --> Options menu but cannot see any headers from the original mail. It seems I have some users who can see the headers and other who cannot. Is there a setting somewhere? Changing System Clock without corrupting appointment times
My computer was set up on the east coast and appointments were entered for up to two years in advance. The computer was moved to the west coast and additional appoinments were entered. The system time was not adjusted for the different time zone. Now the reminders are off by 3 hours. If I change the system time, all appointments are in error by 3 hours.
