How to analyze data and output it in table form?

I am a beginner in MS Access and would like to try some data analysis.

I have a database like this:

And I would like to analyze the data and output a table like this:
http://hk.geocities.com/butterflycharles/academicprofile.jpg

Please let me know what I should use(e.g. query, functions, reports, etc.). 
If possible, please let me know the corresponding tutorials so that I can 
understand what's going on. I wonder if crosstab query is the answer. Thank

We are running Exchange 2003 Service Pack 2, and have discovered a problem where if a message has a single dot "." by itself on a line, the message is truncated at that dot. Analyze Tool
I have a query list that is quite extensive (I think). Several, perhaps the majority, of the queries use output from other queries which use output from other queries, etc. I am going to be importing these queries to a new SQL server (Finally!) and do not want to have the normal problems I have endured in the importing from a test to production environment. I run a series of queries each month in an access form that I have created. I can export the data into a new excel spreadsheet no problem. I am just wondering whether or not there is a way to export the data into an existing excel file and append it to the bottom of data that has been exported in previous months. Excel 2003 I'm importing a txt file generated by SAP. Using Import External data works fine, on refresh, the numbers with a trailing minus ( selected under Advanced Text Import Settings) reverts back to text. Dynamically moving from one form to another
I'm trying to build a module that when a user closes a form (say form 2), it will take them back to the form that called form 2 via a close button on form 2. On scatter chart, how can data points be moved with curser?
EXCEL 2003 allows data pointa on a scatter chart to be draged from one location to another. I use this feature a lot to fit an equation with dummy data points to actual data points. Subform not showing all data
I have a subform that the agent can enter comments in regarding the owner's request. I have set it up so that there is a history of comments. The matching links are a home-grown key that will not change for a request, the specialist, and an option that is chosen by the operator. Hi all, Does anybody know why a great plains user can't connect to sql analyzer? For example, within great plains I created user 'utest', password: 'utest' and gave permission to access a company. Hi, I've been working on this for some time, and I can't figure out my problem. I'm using samples straight from the newsgroups for my code, but I get an Unhandled Exception: User breakpoint when my code calls SetClipboardData. Here is my code.
