Adding hyperlinks with parameters
I have a batch file which needs to be run from an excel sheet with a
parameter, like this:
But when i try to run the Hyperlink, the Excel shows an error message
saying it can't open the specified file (probably because the is a
space between the file and the parameter)
is there any known way to run the link from the excel?

after runniong malwarebytes and not finding any malware, i shut down for the
evening. the next morning, i restarted only to end up with a generic host 32
window pop up. but by desktop came up and all looked fine. i clicked on a
folder and a word doc appeared, but then everything froze. after some time it
was apparent that nothing was going to happen, so i shut down. since then the
system has been in a constant cycle of rebooting. i have also made mulitiple

I notice that when you run a lot of the reports (eg Account Overview) there
is only a maximum of ten records returned. This appears to be hardcoded as
the report also states the fact in the footer.
Any way around this? If the filter used on the report actually referred to,
for instance, 25 Accounts how would you get all 25 reports? Maybe I am
export that report to its rdl file and take a look through the reports
source code which might tell you. Also make sure you also export any of its

I have modified his profile in active directory users and computers: I go
into AD users and computers, double click on his user, go to the telephones
tab, and enter his fax #. but when I did this his fax # is still not being
pulled up in his outlook vcard. Does anyone know where outlook is trying to
get this field from / how i can get this field into his vcard?

i have same problems about sound.
1. does that mean i have to leave outlook open for 5 minutes or longer to
hear a sound for new mail in the inbox?

I recently purchased a laptop with Windows Vista. I bought a licensed copy
of MS Office 2007 Prof and am having a heck of time installing it- 10 days
and still no installation! Last night I reset everything to Factory default,
removed all trial versions, inserted my disk into the DVD RW and after a LONG
wait and locking up the whole system received a message "Bootstrapper has
stopped working". Found this possible fix on MS
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/975735 , but got an "Error 40" when trying to
install the fix!

Put 11.27 in an empty cell, format it the same way as the numbers you want
to add to,
copy it, then select the numbers you want to add to and do edit>paste
special and select add.

I have a problem with a DLL written in VC++ 6.00. There are 5 existing
entry points, and I'm trying to create a new one. I've copied the
syntax of the existing code - I have a method that looks like this:

Hi, dont know when it happened. When I add new user to production MSCRM 4,
there is an error message (An error Has occurred.....). However, when I try
to add this user to my test CRM, it can successfully add without any problem.
Both servers are running the same spec and version.

Have a CSV file used for a mail merge which has two records on it (the
1st being a header).
There are 46 fields (columns) with the last 5 fields being null.
Making a test file, want 25 records (plus the header).
If I select the 2nd record (data) and drag the fill handle down (while
holding Ctrl to stop any incrementing) to make the 24 records I want, it
only will fill the null fields (with comma delimiters) for the 1st 14
Looking at it with a viewer ("V") the null fields are truncated (CrLf)
starting on the 17th record.

right click - insert activeX object, the help on the resulting activex
selection tool states that a wrapper will not be added by using this

I'm having some problems with this on an existing project.
To make sure I understand the process, I created a new MFC project,
added a dialog, created a class for that dialog and added a Flexgrid
object using the right click method in the dialog. I then added a
variable for the flexgrid...grouping in Excel Pivot table
currently i am using pivot table to calculate the grand
total for ageing day in my report. The ageing day are 1,
2, 3 to 6 days and > 6 days that i want to group together.
In pivot table, it can only able to calculate the grand
total like total ageing for 1 day, 2 days, 3 days.... and
go on. Is there any way that pivot table will do what i
want or you guys can suggest any other method?
I am aware of group function in pivot table but it cannot
suit my needs.

All sorts of data can be analysed by adding another column to the base
data and using the new field in ...Sort function not working correct
I have three columns to my spread sheet. I need each row to maintain it's
data as it relates to each other. So I need to have column B and C to follow
the information in A, when I sort by A, in each row.
The problem I am encountering is that column B and C are changing values. B
is a Year and C is a Number.
When I sort...2009 might change to a 2010....and the # 9008 might change to
9118, or 1008.
I highlight all 3 columns and all the rows and hit the sort by column A.
It is unusual. I don't if there is something else I should be doing?
