Is there a way to add a date to Activities' History
list? It would be nice to know when each activity
Troy, no way currently, although Microsoft has mentioned it might be an
option in version 2.0 (nothing is guaranteed!)

I'm in the process of creating/defining a style(s) for a list that will
be numbered in "level 1" and have indented bullets in "level 2."
For such a list is it better to define a multi-level list style and
linked paragraph styles?
Or use one's already defined numbered list and use one of the Word's
pre-defined bullet lists when needed for the second level?
As part of this question, is is preferable not to have a style "nested"
within another style or doesn't it matter?

I have a mail enabled distribution list with four users. Only those users
plus the Administrator have rights on this group.
Yet a seperate user is able to add / edit or remove users to this group even
though they do not belong to this group. The user does not even have admin
rights and is able to make changes.
Let me know of any options I can try.

I have an idea for my company on how to re-store our Exchange data to be more
disk efficient (I/O wise) and would like your opinions.
Right now Exchange 2000 is running on a PowerEdge 1750 (on Server 2000).
The physical box has (and can only hold internally) 3 hard drives, and
they’re running Raid 5. I’ve read reports that Exchange has been set up on
PowerEdge 1750's but the exchange database and logs are stored on a NAS, and
I think they use a PowerVault in the example I read.
We have a Dell PowerVault 220S that is attached to a *different* server
(not to our Exchange server)....Table SY05000 is huge

When the PP Presentation is saved as a show,some slides have sound and some
do not. All sound came from the same folder. Also, when playing the slides
while in PPPresentation, swome have sound and some do not despite all being
indicated on custom annimation lisy and all startin "after previous."
Often when one sound plays but another doesn't, it's an issue of the length
of the file path. What's the file path to your music? Is it really long? If
so, the longer-named songs might just be hitting the length limit.

I'm trying to create a query for a report that will show total counts of
inspections and reinspections. I have two tables, Inspections and
Reinspections. For every inspection there may be one or more reinspections.
The tables are ofcourse linked one to many. Each inspection has a Inspection
Date field. Each reinspection has a Reinspection Date field. What I want is a
report showing only the total number of Inspections and the total number of

I created a worksheet that consists of multiple fields of data (the columns
are ie. date, point of contact, completion date, etc) and based on the inputs
into those columns I have a formula that calculates whether or not a
particular row of data should be classified as "Red" "Green" or "yellow".
I would like to be able to create a macro which in turn takes all rows that
have a "Red" qualifier and input that data onto a new worksheet. Also, I
would like that macro to take all rows that have a "Green" qualifier and
input that data...how reliable is the "Who has you in their contact list" list?

On your form, you have a command button to open the report, and a check box
named (say) chkCompleteOnly. If the check box is checked, you want to open
the report to show only the records that have a date in the [Completed date]

We are using Dynamics 9.0 and Office 2003. When we try to do a Smart List
export to Excel, we keep getting an "Exception_Class_Object_Exception" that
references varying object errors, such as 'Cells' or 'Value'; the object

[StartDate]. All of the fields (80 of them) are set as Short Date in
properties. But when the table is created all of the fields are text. I would
like to avoid using the FORMAT command in the query and change the field
properties of the table manually. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thank you in

I am using RMS version 1.2. In Stores Operations Manager it displays list
of items when click on Database-->Items. It displays only five columns.

I have two mail lists on excel. The first has 16,000 names, the second has
about 6,000. I need to remove the 6,000 from the 16,000 as they all appear
in the big list as well. How do I extract those 6,000 entries from the larger
list? My expected result is a mailing list with 10,000 names.

I need to sum costs in colum C, if column A = x and column B = Y.
When using sumif i appear to count all costs in column C not just the ones
required.. any suggestiong where i'm going wrong ??
You can only use one condition with SUMIF. Either use SUMPRODUCT or
SUM(IF(...)) entered as an array formula.

I am new to using Word for Mac - having recently transferred from a PC. I am finding that some (not all) some documents are displaying the jpeg's on them as black boxes. Instead of the image the entire are is just black and prints this way also. The image displays correctly in the finder, but once the document is full size, the image is a black box. <br>
